What is Boot Camp?
Boot camps consist of various exercises that work the entire body. Boot camp exercises include resistance training, cardio, and body weight maneuvers to create the perfect variation to optimize your workouts. By moving from one exercise to the next with little to no rest, your body turns into a calorie burning machine! The benefits of boot camps as opposed to a traditional workout are endless. Being in a group setting with a personal trainer on hand not only makes your workouts more interesting, but more efficient as well. Boot camps are also much cheaper than hiring a personal trainer on your own. Enjoy the benefits of training with a fitness professional without breaking the bank!
