6yrs old - 11 yrs old: 4:45pm - 6:15pm

11 yrs old and up: 6:30pm - 8:00pm

American Gymnastics reserves the right to search any bag brought into the facility, or on the premises.

Open Gyms at American are a great opportunity for kids to tumble, play and practice their skills! A safe, convenient, indoor space for our youth to socialize with friends under the supervision of our staff. And an hour and a half is just the right amount of time to run a few errands, or grab a coffee or dinner!
So bring your crew down for some Saturday fun!
