•  September 16th, 2019 

• Submit a team roster with guestimated numbers and a $200 deposit to hold your spot in the competition.

 

•  December 16th, 2019 

• Final roster due with balance paid in full

• Submit Roster via the USAG Meet Reservation process

  • Will not accept paper roster without submitting electronically.

  • After submitting line up, please send check with copy of online entry

  • Scratch deadline: after November 30th we are committed to expenses and will be unable to refund any entry fees for any reason, regardless of the circumstances
