Our Recreational program is designed for everyone, and anyone. From ages 2 years through adult, these classes meet one or more times per week. We start with the basics, and work the students through progressions of skills, effectively and safely. Our Recreational program is one of the most successful in the state of CT. ADULT Class
(drop in class 7:00-8:30pm every Wednesday - no commitment required come when you can. Instructor run class)
ADULTS CAN BE GYMNASTS, TOO ($20.00per class)
