Fitness Training @American Gymnastics
Our Fitness Training program is designed for everyone, and anyone. For all Adults, these fitness classes meet one or more times per week. We start with the basics, and work through progressions of skills, effectively and safely. Be sure to register while spots are still available!

Meet our YOGA Instructor
Colleen
She has been practicing yoga/meditation for over ten years and she really started focusing on the practice more and more the last 8 years.
She found a way to share her appreciation and her gratefulness of the gift of yoga with others by becoming a Certified YOGA Instructor.
Colleen is passionate about helping others change and believes that everyone should have access to the benefits of yoga. YOGA really was a life changer for her.

Interval training using functional, multi-joint movements to mimic movements of everyday life. Appropriate for any Fitness levels

Cardio rounds with intervals of body weight exercises including core work.
